Stayed in the single room on the first night and changed to a twin room on the second night as my children arrived. The twin room was spacious comparing to any other hotels where I stayed near Nagoya station. Its location is a bit of walk from the station, but if you don't mind it, this hotel is for you. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room was very clean and a good size compared to some other Japanese hotels that I have stayed in. The staff were friendly and helpful and I liked that it was close to Nagoya Station. My room was also nice and quiet.

• 2min walk from Fushimi station (Metro) • 10~15min walk from Nagoya station (JR & Shinkansen) • Helpful staff that take their time explaining and helping you out • Coin laundry available (if someone leaves their stuff in it the staff will kindly put it in a basket and let other people use it) • Vending machine available • Very comfortable bed (was surprised) • Room wider than expected.

I didn’t have breakfast because it wasn’t included in my package (so, that’s on me) but the overall service was great. The rooms were quite large for the amount I spent. The utilities were amazing! The rooms were super clean and comfortable. Really no complaints

The room is very clean and the environment around is very quite so I can sleep very well. The thing I like is the room quite spacious. I forgot my ring, so I called the staff after I arrived in my original place, they searched for that and sent it to my home!

Good buffet breakfast with a wide range of food for a diversity of people, including Japanese and western food in the menus; very friendly and helpful front desk staffs; modern amenities in the room and clean services.

Loved that front desk can arrange for luggage transport!! A bit of a hassle that the microwave was in the lobby- but they do have a kettle in the room. Great view (Facing the river) and well situated (Less than a 10 minute walk from the nearest station) Would definitely recommend.

I slept well because they also provide extra pillow that suit your personal preferences during check in. Close to station, free coffee and amenities. Will come back again
